We will record on site measurements and elevations. 

Develop a Landscape Plan and an 11”x17” drawing.

Provide a takeoff sheet with plant descriptions, sizes, and quantities.

Provide notes showing square feet measurements of patios, walkways, retaining walls, mulch areas, lawn areas, and more allowing you to complete estimates quickly and accurately. 

Project area:

Up to 1/4 acre (10,890 sq. ft.) $450.00

Up to ½ acre (21,780 sq. ft.) $550.00

Each additional ½ acre $150.00

Note: The cost structure is based on the project area, not the acreage of the entire property.

*Project Estimating and Proposal Writing Services require a one time meeting and setup fee of $200.00. At this meeting we will input as much of your pricing as possible. Examples: hourly labor rates, machinery rates, material delivery rates, and material costs.
