Landscape Design For Landscape Contractors
Your client. Your Project.
Let us assist you with creating and winning more landscape installations.
Present your client with a well thought out, full color landscape drawing along with your proposal.
A detailed landscape drawing demonstrates your level of professionalism and sets you apart from the other contractors your clients may be considering.
Detailed designs make your estimating work easier and more accurate allowing you to produce more proposals.
Full color drawings show the placement of patios, walks, swimming pools, and the trees, shrubs, and perennials.
Any outdoor feature including outdoor kitchens, pergolas, and fire pits can all be added to the landscape.
We will provide you with all plant types, quantities, and sizes.
You will have all of the measurements and take-offs needed to estimate paver, stone, and retaining wall product quantities.
Your time is valuable and limited.
Our service allows you more time to manage all of the other aspects of your business.
We can work in the background making your life easier and more productive or, we can be your sales partner. If you choose, we will partner with you at the time of proposal and drawing presentation.
Let us be your landscape designer. Introduce us at client meetings: “This is our landscape designer…”
Completed landscape drawings are delivered to you or your client with your logo and company information on the drawing.

Protecting the Contractor
Our “First Call Guarantee”
When you contract to work with us to assist you with a project, that is your client. We will not work directly for that client or for any other contractor on that property for a period of three years without your permission.
Our goal is to work with you for the long term. You can be assured that we will represent your company well and provide an outstanding level of customer service. On that specific client's property, we will only represent you and your company.
Important Note: We will only work for one contractor at a given project site. Call us as soon as you know your project will benefit from our services. We accept Landscape Design projects in order of who contacted us first.
The Number 1 Complaint Customers Have About Contractors:
"We met with the contractor at our home and had a productive meeting. They took measurements and promised to get back to us with a plan and proposal. We never heard from them again."
This scenario is all too common, and I don't know a single contractor who hasn't been guilty of this at some point in their career. I, too, have dropped the ball a few times during my 25-year career as a design/build contractor.
A quick Google search of your competitors will reveal that this is the most frequent complaint in customer reviews.
Why do landscape contractors often fall into this trap?
The answer is simple: you're trying to do everything.
For most small to midsize contractors, the owner wears many hats: Estimator, Salesperson, Materials and Logistics Director, Project Superintendent, Chief Mechanic, Human Resources Director, Bookkeeper, Machine Operator, and Office Manager. Hiring someone for each of these roles would be prohibitively expensive. You likely don't need a full-time Landscape Designer on staff, but hiring an experienced Landscape Designer on a per-project basis can be a smart investment to help you close proposals and estimate your projects accurately.
