Harnessing the power of technology, we craft stunning landscape designs remotely.

Technology allows us to work with Homeowners and Contractors across the United States in USDA Plant Hardiness Zones 4, 5, 6, and 7.

How Does It Work?

  1. Personalized Consultation: We will develop a personal working relationship using Zoom or FaceTime. During our initial meeting, we will review your site, discuss your ideas and vision, and address any challenges within the project area.

  2. Client Contributions: Clients provide site photos and a copy of the property survey map or a hand-drawn sketch.

  3. Project Discussion: In our first Zoom or FaceTime meeting, we will understand the project goals and budget. A good Wi-Fi connection throughout your yard is essential for our video meetings.

  4. Site Measurements: We will record site measurements using online tools and any information you can provide. 

  5. Landscape Plan Development: We will create and deliver a detailed landscape plan in full color. 

  6. Detailed Takeoff Sheet: We provide a takeoff sheet with plant descriptions, sizes, and quantities.

  7. Comprehensive Notes: Our notes will include square footage measurements for patios, walkways, retaining walls, mulch areas, lawn areas, and more.

Virtual Design Details

Pricing:

  • Up to ½ acre (21,780 sq. ft.): $400.00

  • Each additional ½ acre: $125.00

Note: The cost structure is based on the project area, not the acreage of the entire property.

Optional Standard Package Additional Services:

  • Plan Alterations/Changes: $100.00 per new drawing

  • Photo Imaging: $45.00 per image
